Cancellations:Because of limited enrollment, cancellations must be made three weeks prior to the registered course.A participant may transfer to another course of the same type as long as the course is held within a six-month period.A $200 "Change Fee" will be charged to make the change.Registrants who do not transfer or who do not cancel prior to the three-week period will be charged the entire course fee.Substitutes can be made for those who are unable to attend the course.
