Passionate, innovative and creative, Anne is an accomplished and experienced speaker who will boost your self-confidence and help you cultivate the tools you need to succeed in public speaking. Anne’s background in radio and television makes her an invaluable resource to the faculty. Whether she’s teaching one of the Ty Boyd courses or doing one-on-one coaching, Anne brings the experience she gained as a newscaster at WFAE, an NPR affiliate, and news director at Lite 102.9. Both roles gave her a deep understanding of communications. Her students range from CEOs who are launching global products to NASCAR drivers who find themselves in the public eye and want to enhance their speaking skills. Known for her unflappable composure, warmth and approachability, Anne is an often-requested executive faculty member.
Ty Boyd is the bold visionary behind Ty Boyd Executive Communications & Coaching. Under his leadership, the Ty Boyd team has catapulted itself into an industry leader position in communication services. Ty began his business life as a broadcaster and as emerged as a professional speaker, teacher and coach. The National Speakers Association honored Ty Boyd with its Master of Influence Award for making a positive global impact through the spoken word while significantly influencing generations of speakers. He has delivered keynotes and conducted seminars on five continents to more than a million people. He has taught executives from more than 40 countries how to improve their speaking and presentation skills. Ty remains active in the business, and conducts professional coaching sessions and courses.
For more than twenty years, Pat Boyd has coached and mentored CEOs and other high-level professionals in how to improve their speaking and presentations. She helped grow Ty Boyd Executive Communications & Coaching from a local company to a full-service communications consultancy. Pat is a contributor to Ty Boyd’s book, The Million Dollar Toolbox: A Blueprint for Transforming Your Life & Career with Powerful Communication Skills. Prior to her work with the Ty Boyd team, Pat was a TV spokesperson.
Molly Boyd-Hunt, Executive Faculty
From the boardroom to the arena, Molly works with individuals throughout the country to boost their communication skills. Using a blend of humor and insightful storytelling, Molly coaches her students on how to use their strengths to become authentic speakers by simplifying and demystifying the process. Students identify their own style through Molly’s coaching and interactive video sessions. Establishing a strong, genuine rapport, Molly empowers her clients to address their fears from the inside out in a safe, friendly environment. By reducing anxiety and providing guidance, Molly allows her students to see that important speeches are more like conversations with individuals than presentations to a crowd.
An organizational guru, Sarah is in charge of all things in the background at Ty Boyd Executive Communications & Coaching. She oversees marketing, finance, sales and the day-to-day functions that keep Ty Boyd Executive Communications & Coaching up and running. Sarah works closely with the faculty to keep Ty Boyd’s products fresh and up-to-date, developing and promoting the Ty Boyd brand.
Laurie Reid, Marketing Director
With an extensive writing and marketing background, Laurie manages the written word at Ty Boyd Executive Communications & Coaching. She produces Words Well Spoken, Ty Boyd’s monthly newsletter as well as electronic communications to our clients.
Supporting the entire organization, Kim creates, controls and monitors all administrative requirements at Ty Boyd. She also leads the sales team with years of experience and enthusiasm for the course offerings available at Ty Boyd.
